Each purchase will ship anywhere in the US in 3-5 business days, US Mail Flat-Rate Priority for $12.65. This fee is added to your purchase upon check out.

1.What is the UVAURA Sun Protection System?
Our system is a Hat, Scarf and Sun Essentials Carry Bag. All are 50+ UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) ~ blocking 98% of sun’s harmful UVA and UVB rays. The hat and scarf provide full face and upper body sun protection. The travel bag keeps your hat, scarf and other sun protection essentials neatly at the ready while you are on the go.

2. What sizes do you carry?
Our hats are adjustable to fit a bit above and a bit below the average women’s average head size of 24.5”. Our easy toggle in the sizing strap allows personalized adjustment for fit and comfort. Our scarves are 45”x 45”. They work to cover your upper body either draping from the hat or separately detached from the hat to work as an upper body cover, shoulder wrap, bathing suit cover or head scarf. UVAURA is built for versatility, providing more or less UV coverage, as needed depending on your needs of the day.

3. What materials are used in the product?
The hats are built of a poly knit airflow fabric on the exterior and lined with a wick-away lining. They have plush elastic forehead bands for comfort and also wicking purposes. The scarves are made of a silky poly fabric, drape beautifully, and are soft to the touch yet very durable. The bag is a lightweight poly blend as well. All are wrinkle resistant, hand washable and packable.

4. What colors do you offer?
We have 2 system colors Midnight Black and Pearl White.

5 Can the hat, scarf and bag be sold separately?
The product is built to work as a system. We sell the hat and scarf together and it is delivered in the carry bag, which is complimentary. We offer a line of scarves that can be purchased separately.

6. Are all of the scarves 50+ UPF?
Good question! The answer is Yes and No. All scarves are tested at the International UV Testing Laboratories for UPF Value. We do offer some scarves that test lower than 50+ UPF in single layer but do indeed test at 50+UPF if worn in double layer. Due to dyes and fabric weights some come in lower than 50+ in single layer… Our scarves drape beautifully and a double layer is easily accomplished. 7. What size are the scarves?
We offer 2 sizes: The system comes with a 45x45 detachable scarf on the hat. The beauty of this size is that it can be removed from the hat and worn as an upper body cover. You can wear your pretty protection from the sun as a poncho, bathing suit wrap, headscarf or shawl. We also offer strip scarves that measure 15X70.

8. Where can I buy your product?
We offer our full product line at UVAURA.com. Also, you may be able to purchase your sun system through your Dermatologist, Plastic Surgeon, Oncologist, etc. Some doctors will include a sun protection system in their procedure pricing. Ask your doctor today and let us know if we should visit with them to explain how our product can help them help their patients be sun safe.

9. Why $395?
Great Question! Our product is engineered to provide full face and upper body sun protection. The Patented UVAURA Sun Protection System was developed to offer advanced protection without sacrificing style for performance. It took a worldwide search to find exactly the right mix of components for the product. The scarves are sewn of premium European fabric. The bag is custom built to protect your hat and scarf while you travel. We manufacture in the USA. The cost to develop and deliver the product to you is the reason it is priced as it is. Quality, Construction, Materials, Manufacturing. It takes a lot to build this product and it is worth every cent.

10. Do you have plans for other sun protection products in your line ~ and a men’s and children line of hats as well?
Indeed we are considering expansion of the line into other sun protection products for men and children. First things first though, we do not want to be spread too thinly and want to ensure our resources are directed to the new women’s line…stay tuned to our social media for updates on our development path.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS: If you're not satisfied, simply return or exchange your purchase within 15 days of purchase for full refund or exchange. Merchandise must be returned unworn, undamaged, in original packaging and with original tags for refund or exchange. Removal of tags/ labels will disqualify your item for return or exchange. All sale item purchases are final; no refunds or exchanges. You may use any carrier to return your package. For your protection, we recommend insuring your return package. Please return product in the original packaging to prevent shipping damage. You are responsible for return shipping cost unless the item came to you damaged in shipping.     Information You Provide
    Registration with us is mandatory in order to place orders and fully use the Services. During the registration process (whether on our website or through downloading the mobile application), we collect personal information such as your name, email address or social media user name. Once you register, you have opted in to receive electronic communications from us.

    CHOICE AND OPT-OUT
    Marketing Communications - You may choose not to receive marketing email communications from us by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the marketing emails. You may choose to opt out of receiving marketing communications through our mobile app notifications and text notifications in the manner identified when you opt in to receive those notifications.
